Your registration, pledge form(s) and waiver can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

We encourage you to prepay your $25.00 registration fee by e-transferring to info@icecorp.org. Please indicate “Registration Fee” as the subject. If you are part of the Corporate Team Challenge, please also indicate your team name. If possible, please email your completed registration form to info@icecorp.org as well. Otherwise, bring it with you.

Your pledge form(s) and pledges, as well as your signed waivers MUST to be brought with you to the registration desk on the day of the event.  Registration begins at 11 AM.

The first 50 registrations will receive an “I survived the Innisfil Polar Bear Dip” t-shirt.

Polar Dippers are encouraged to dress in costume for their jump. Please remember this is a family friendly event and appropriate dress is required.

This year, proceeds from our Polar Bear Dip will benefit the Innisfil Food Bank, a much needed resource for our residents.
